How to add to an existing medical record

Navigate to the desired medical record .

You can choose basic text style edits such as bold, italics, or underline

You can take "authorship" of a MRN by selected the employee name and the MRN author will be changed to the current user. This is a great way for technical staff or clerical staff to start or nearly complete a medical record but the doctor can proof read, make last minute edits and "take authorship"
