Navitage to visit reports

Select reporting preferences, these can be set as default to the system or a particular user

Once the report is built all the RDVMs for this visit and their reporting preferences will be automatically populated

Select the email icon to email or fax

To send the report to an additional recipient, click on blue plus icon

Select which list (client or RDVM)

Select method of communication 

Once selected that reciepient will populate in the recipenent list below.

One of the cool feature is that SpecVet has made it easy to send reports to other reciepties in the system.  This could be other RDVMs, clients or even a manually entered reciepient
