With SpecVet you can streamline the process of managing incoming medical records from referring veterinarians

You will need to set up a hosted fax to email solution, Ring Central and e-fax are two common ones but there are others.    You will then have both digital faxes and true pdfs coming to a central email location.

Once these emails are received simply down load the pdf of the fax or true pdf to your desktop

Navigate to SpecVets DMS and select the “new” tab

Select the desired pdf from your computer

Enter in the desired Visit, Patient or Client ID  
Once that ID is entered that information is displayed in field below
The best practice is to link it to the patient DMS

Then select upload button

This is an extremely fast and efficient way to manage incoming medical records without having to print or distribute paper copies across the hospital
