These Values control the various values related to "Purchasing Module"

Most of these values are self explanatory and simply complete the fields in the PO module

PO tax amount - this sets default use tax field if applicable,  This also requires that "taxable" is set under the inventory tab of a given item.  Not all items are taxed. Many smaller vendors do not charge a clinic tax on their purchases.
